EXPERIMENTALParticipants received resisted exercise training on some resistance machines
group (B)
EXPERIMENTALParticipants received treadmill exercise training
Interventions
resistance exercises on some resistance machines, 3 sessions of exercise training /week
treadmill aerobic exercise (intensity equal 60-80 % of each individual maximum heart rate)
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Non-smokers,
- no alcohol consumption
- no intake of hormone replacement therapy
- mass index ranged from 20-24 kg/m2.
You may not qualify if:
- diabetes disorders
- hypertension disorders
- cardiac disorders
- musculoskeletal disorders
- endocrine disorders
- intake of medications that may affect bone metabolism.
