Primary Outcomes (1)

Maximal mouth opening
measurement of inter incisal distance between maxillary and mandibular central incisors.
This will be assessed at 1, 7, 14, 30 days postoperatively.

Secondary Outcomes (6)

Post operative pain
3 months
Radiographic evaluation for the assessment of mean bone density at the fracture line
Immediately postopreative and at 4 months
Postoperative occlusion
This will be assessed at 1, 7, 14, 30 days postoperatively.
Edema
This will be assessed at 1, 7, 14, 30 days postoperatively.
Wound healing
the wound will be assessed aat 1, 7 and 14,30 days postoperatively.

patients that will undergo internal fixation with custom-made 3D titanium plates through intaoral and transbuccal approach .

Healthy VolunteersNo

Age GroupsAdult (18-64)

You may qualify if:

Patients suffering from mandibular angle fracture indicated for open reduction and fixation.
Non infected mandibular angle fractures present less than two weeks. 3. Good oral hygiene.

You may not qualify if:
