Outcome Measures

Primary Outcomes (1)

  • Cognition (working memory and divided attention)

    cognition domains including working memory and divided attention will be assessed by rehacom V 6.10.2.0 software

    baseline assessment and after 12 sessions of Cognitive motor interference 3 sessions per weak for 4 weaks

Secondary Outcomes (1)

  • A health-related quality of life

    Baseline assessment and after 12 sessions of Cognitive motor interference 3 sessions per weak for 4 weaks

Study group

EXPERIMENTAL

Study group will uses Cognitive Motor Interference

Behavioral: Cognitive Motor Interference

Control group will uses traditional physical therapy

ACTIVE COMPARATOR

control group will use traditional physiotherapy

Behavioral: traditional physical therapy

Interventions

Dual task that uses cognitive in addition to Motor training

Study group

physiotherapy program including exercises in addition to physical modalities

Control group will uses traditional physical therapy

Eligibility Criteria

Age25 Years - 45 Years
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersNo
Age GroupsAdult (18-64)

You may qualify if:

  • M S patients complain of Mild Cognitive impairment according to Modified Mini Mental State (MMSE).
  • Patients with remission and relapse, primary and secondary progression types of MS.
  • Age between 25 and 45 years.
  • Patients from both gender.

You may not qualify if:

  • patients have visual disorders
  • patients have auditory disturbance
  • Non educational patients.
  • Patients with psychiatric disorders.
  • Patients with mod to severe cognitive impairment according to MMSE
