NCT06667011

Brief Summary

The aims of the study are:

  • to evaluate the mental health of anesthesia trainees and teachers in the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc academic hospital;
  • to evaluate the effect of a daily debriefing session between trainees and teachers on the mental health of the participants at the end of a trimester;
  • to identify any personal and/or institutional factors that might hinder the implementation and successful running of these debriefing sessions within our teaching hospital. The investigators will compare the data collected by questionnaires in the "intervention" group (daily debriefing) with a control group in which no debriefing will be carried out between trainees and teachers.
