Measuring the accuracy of the mobile photographic method of teledentistry for diagnosis and treatment need in dental caries detection

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 4 Years - 12 Years
• Sex: all
• Healthy Volunteers: No
• Age Groups: Child (0-17)
• Sampling Method: Probability Sample

Study Population

Participants are Egyptian children with dental caries attending the diagnostic center at the Pediatric Dentistry and Dental Public Health Department, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University, Egypt.

You may qualify if:

• Egyptian pediatric patients aged 4 to 12 years with a chief complaint of dental caries with or without pain.
• Both genders are included.

You may not qualify if:

• Egyptian pediatric patients with systemic conditions that will affect their treatment needs.
• Refusal of participation.
• Refusal to sign the informed consent.
