    Percentage of Residents presenting at least one of the following disorders: anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders, drug misuse, risk behaviours, reported drug use, lack of regular monitoring of a chronic medical condition.

All the residents from Cochin Port Royal, Hôtel Dieu, Broca, Necker Enfants Malades, HEGP, Corentin Celton and Robert Debré

Other: Questionnaire on physical and mental health among healthcare professionnals

Interventions

Feedback on the results of the questionnaire and toolkit on resources with regard to healthy habits in the professional setting

Residents fom Cochin Port Royal, Hôtel Dieu, Broca, Necker Enfants malades, HEGP, Corentin Celton and Robert Debré

You may qualify if:

  • \- All residents from Cochin Port Royal, Hôtel Dieu, Broca, Necker Enfants malades, HEGP, Corentin Celton and Robert Debré

You may not qualify if:

  • Objection to the pseudonymous collection of data
  • Residents who have already undergone the evaluation once during the analysis period (case of residents completing two consecutive rotations at sites involved in the program).
  • Residents on rotations between university hospitals
  • Residents in the armed forces health contingent
