Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
lenght
Measuring the length and depth of the notch. Calculating the length/depth ratio. Measurements in millimeters. The measurement will be made on each side: left and right.
The ultrasound measurement will be carried out only once for each volunteer participant. The time spent participating in the study will be approximately 10 minutes per participant (time required for ultrasound measurements).
Study Arms (1)
healthy adult volunteer group
hospital workers recruited in intensive care and emergency departments.
Interventions
performance of ultrasound of the scapular regions to identify and measure the suprascapular notch in our group of healthy adult volunteers.
Eligibility Criteria
healthy adult volunteers
You may qualify if:
- all adult hospital workers from the two departments concerned
You may not qualify if:
- refusal to participate in the study
