Patients with acute myocardial infarction who experienced CAG

Patients with acute myocardial infarction who experienced coronary angiography

This is an obvertional study, and there is no intervention.

Age18 Years - 90 Years

Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

Study Population

All patients with acute myocardial infarction who received coronary angiography well enrolled in Huai'an First People's Hospital

You may qualify if:

  • Patients with acute myocardial infarction
  • patients received coronary angiography
  • invasive management within 72 h of hospital admission

You may not qualify if:

  • NYHA III-IV
  • malignant tumor
  • acute infection
  • thyroid dysfunction
  • Life expectancy of b1 y
  • Unsuitable for PCI

Retention: SAMPLES WITHOUT DNA

The blood sample will be collected, and the surem TRAF3IP2 levels will be measured using ELASA.
