Measurement in degrees of the articular range of the hamstring muscles, using a goniometer.

PLACEBO COMPARATORPassive shoulder mobilizations for 90 seconds.
Experimental group 1
EXPERIMENTALSciatic nerve glide in a seated slump position for 90 seconds.
Experimental group 2
EXPERIMENTALPassive stretching of the hamstring muscles with straight leg raising for 90 seconds.
Interventions
Passive stretching of the hamstring muscles.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Soccer players of the Murcia Region Federation who have short hamstring syndrome.
- Between 16 and 30 years of age.
- To complete the informed consent form.
You may not qualify if:
- Subjects with significant neurological pathology.
- Subjects with hamstring muscle injury.
- Subjects with lumbar pathology.
