Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
1. The effect of the training given to nurses on the level of knowledge of blood pressure measurement from the brachial artery
The knowledge test prepared consists of 20 questions, each with five options. The achievement test was evaluated by three faculty members who are experts in the field of Nursing Fundamentals. At the same time, the opinions of an expert lecturer in the Department of Measurement and Evaluation in Education were received regarding the achievement test. The experts evaluated all questions on a 4-point Likert scale (1: the item is not suitable, 2: the item should be seriously reviewed, 3: the item should be slightly revised, 4: appropriate). Content validity index (CGI) was calculated according to the evaluations of the experts. It was found sufficient in terms of questions in the achievement test and CGI (CGI min. 0.666, max. 1,000). Knowledge test will be applied to nurses before and after the training.

Study Arms (1)
1Nurses
The research is a pre-post-test observation study without a control group, aiming to determine the effect of the training given to nurses on the knowledge and practices of brachial artery blood pressure measurement. The research is carried out with a group of 60 nurses.
Interventions
A training module was prepared by explaining the theoretical and practical parts of the application of blood pressure measurement from the brachial artery with a slide presentation and an animation video. The knowledge and skills of nurses in blood pressure measurement before education were measured. The training module was delivered to the nurses from the online system. At the end of the two-week training period, the knowledge and skill levels of the nurses will be measured again.
