Primary Outcomes (1)

  • measuring the change of the job crafting behavior of nurses

    measuring changes occure in job crafting behaviors after applied job crafting intervention program to nurses. the researcher will use A 13-item Job Crafting Scale (Petrou et al., 2012) including three dimensions: seeking resources (6 items), seeking challenges (3 items), and reducing demandaftins (4 items). the minimum score is 13 and maximize score is 65. Higher scores indicate higher nurses job crafting level.

Regarding the control group, the participants will receive a simple educational booklet with one-session

Interventions

the participated nurses will receive session about job crafting followed by activity related to job crafting

Eligibility Criteria

Sexall
Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsChild (0-17), Adult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • licensed nurses who worked in direct contact with patients in their services
  • had at least six month of experience in the nursing profession,
  • agreed to participate in the study

You may not qualify if:

  • participating in any intervention program within the last 12 months
