Women aged 18-45 diagnosed with endometriosis (surgery or ultrasound)

You may qualify if:

  • diagnosed with endometriosis (Surgery or ultrasound)
  • Women without endometriosis

You may not qualify if:

  • Women without endometriosis women who are only suspected endometriosis
