Eligibility Criteria
The study population includes all adult patients admitted to medical, surgical, neurology and oncology units at participating hospitals during the time of the study. Participating hospitals include the Partners Healthcare System, Montefiore Medical Center, and NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
