Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Born 1930 or later
- Type 1 diabetes
- Nonproliferative retinopathy
- Normal serum creatinine
- Unsatisfactory blood glucose control
You may not qualify if:
- Alcohol/drug abuse
- Proliferative retinopathy
