Vildagliptin (50 mg BID) given for four weeks

Age18 Years - 65 Years
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersNo
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • Type 1 diabetes
  • Age \>18 years
  • HbA1c 6.5-8,5%

You may not qualify if:

  • Pregnancy
  • Lactation
  • Acute infection
  • Liver disease
  • Treatment with cortisol
