Eligibility Criteria
Patients who have undergone bariatric surgical procedures at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Medical Center.
You may qualify if:
- Clinical diagnosis of morbid obesity
- Have undergone a bariatric surgical procedure at the VCU Medical Center
