Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- \. Event of coronary heart disease (new myocardial infarction, CABG or PCI)
You may not qualify if:
- Care home patients.
- Serious disability incompatible with rehabilitation.
- Social circumstances incompatible with participation.
