- Males with metabolic syndrome
You may not qualify if:
- Conditions with insulin resistance including:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Infections
- Stresses
- Uremia
- Acromegaly
- Glucocorticoid excess
- Hypertension
- Cirrhosis and;
- Any addiction or drug therapy
