Age18 Years - 80 Years
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersNo
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Recent control obtain (HbA1c\<8%) after diabetes improvement program
  • Receives care in primary care clinic

You may not qualify if:

  • pregnant
