The purpose of this study is to test the ability of a new X-ray technique called CT angiography to identify significant narrowing of the coronary arteries compared to traditional coronary angiogram.

You may qualify if:
- Congestive heart failure with EF\<40%
- Age\> 18 years
You may not qualify if:
- Contrast allergy
- Renal insufficiency
- Inability or unwillingness to sign a consent
- Diabetes Mellitus
